    I think that this is an incredible piece of work by Melies. It is imaginative, and it shows potential to what film could do. Very well designed sets, and creative ideas of lunar exploration. This film showed that even early in time (1902) that there was hope for space exploration. Always wanting to know what is in the outer realms of our planet will always create an artistic and inventive approach towards film productions.
